Read this one slowly…and then read it one more time. I’m going to go out on a limb here and suggest that most of us, like the famous quote, possess an innate drive to be better than we were yesterday. Change is hard, but possible. With that being said, no change or alteration or improvement will happen unless we first grasp fear by the feet and throw it out of the equation. Just get it out of there. Fear is the enemy here. Before any advancement can happen, we should accept that fear must go in order to open a pathway for tomorrow’s clearer skies. Today, let’s think about that. Be well, and thanks for reading.
How easy is it to neglect our own needs? So easy…too easy, really. Let’s make sure that we’re taking care of ourselves, so that we can take care of business with full minds and hearts.
Life can often creep into the realm of the routine…we all get it, right? But does it have to end there? Certainly not. It’s easy to go half speed throughout the day, doing only what’s necessary to get by (or much less, in some cases). Why not crank it up a notch? Maximize the potential? Let’s take it to the next level. Don’t settle for ‘ok’. Let’s make the most of the gift of today. Be well, and thanks for reading.
How easy is it to just float through the days…letting life happen to you…rather than YOU living life? It’s so easy. If we’re not careful, life will continue to drift onward…it’s certainly not waiting around for us to get our shit together. So what can we do? LIVE. Be well, and thanks for reading.
Start the week off positively…and continue that enthusiasm until the week’s end. Every day counts (not just Friday)! Thanks for reading.
If you believe one thing that you’ve read today, believe this: you’re capable. You. Are. Capable. Believe it, work with it, set that thought free, and see where it takes you. Be well, and thanks for reading.
Give thanks today…and every day. Best of days to all!
