Quotes – Fill Yourself.
How easy is it to neglect our own needs? So easy…too easy, really. Let’s make sure that we’re taking care of ourselves, so that we can take care of business with full minds and hearts.

Poems from the Vault – Rebuild.
Here’s to a strong, productive, and energized Monday. Go after those goals like a rabid lion. Really though, get after it; best of luck today.

Quotes from the Vault – Beauty.
Beauty….it's everywhere. It's in the mornings, it's in the trees, it's in our relationships, and it's even in our bad days (believe it or not). It can truly be found in ALL places. True beauty is just being alive; the most precious gift that we will ever be given. Life. It's easy to forget this concept, though! Trust me, I have to gently nudge and remind myself of this premise on the daily. Hope your day is beautiful.

Poems from the Vault – Sunshine.
Just a little poetic wordplay, and a reminder to discover and recognize your own shine. Let's remember that it has the power to burn bright. Thanks for reading.

Quotes from the Vault – Inner Peace.
My father often reminds me, "it's always something." Life does indeed tend to throw some curveballs, fastballs, and pretty much everything else at us; we can either get slammed in the face with those pitches, or we can try our best to swing hard and knock them out of the park. How we respond to adversity matters greatly. Best of luck to all, and thanks for reading.

Quotes from the Vault – Keep Pushing.
Poems from the Vault – Resolve.
Naysayers will naysay; it’s just what they do. Some are born into that role it seems, and will stifle you at every turn in an attempt to rob you of your sunshine. We won’t let that happen, will we? Self belief is a powerful thing; strong enough to block the advance of the naysayers and stop them dead in their tracks. Got a goal? Go for it. Don’t let the thoughts of others get in your way. Best of luck, and thanks for reading.
Poetry – Walls.
Walls; we’ve all got them, right? I’m not talking about the kind of walls that we hang our pictures on, but the ones that we create for ourselves. Our mental barriers that, oddly enough, can often be stronger than the ones that line our humble abodes. For many reasons, we construct walls to keep stuff in, or to keep stuff out. Some are based on past experiences, while many are raised by fears. Either way, they’re ultimately a hindrance; they prevent a freedom of true expression. We will atrophy behind them, thinking that we’re protected, until we earn our release. Let’s get out of there, right? Think about it. Best of days to all, and thanks for reading!
Poetry – Seasons.
It’s summer here…and it’s hot. Seasons change; and the older we get, the faster they seem to go, right? But one thing’s for certain…the cycle of seasons will continue. Life goes on. And what a beautiful cycle it all is (even though autumn is the BEST), so let’s enjoy each sweaty (or frosty, depending on where you are) moment. Read on if you’d like, and best of days to all.
