I’ll have to admit that this particular space may not be for everyone.  BUT, for those with a penchant for solitudinous beauty, this room has value.  Here, the major sticking points are in the minor touches; as if more is accomplished with less.  Large, expansive windows open up the room and flood it with gorgeous natural light, and the space is warmed gently by the judicious use of wood throughout.  What gets me is the lack of material elements which often clutter a space; in this area, we only see some essential items.  A space to rest and a space to work, which wonderfully  highlights the paramount bit; the immensity of the view.  Perfection.  Let the daydreams commence.

Man, this week’s space really gives one the urge to take a bath.  The room exudes a powerful sense of quiet and calm, and the angular, minimal aspects provide a clever dose of mind clearing peace.  This space is oozing with de-stressing mojo.   And the view?  No words necessary.  Let the daydreams commence.

Is it just a room, or is it something more?  At first glance, one may not celebrate its ambiance.  At first glance, it looks like, well…just a room.  Nothing more than a bed and a window; but what’s on the surface can often be deceiving.  What’s celebrated here is simplicity; in the rugged, organic structure of the bed, complemented thoughtfully by the sturdy nightstand, all while gently being watched over by a minimal floor lamp.  But all of that frames the highlight of the space…the window.  That lush, sylvan view adds just a touch of beautiful complication to the stillness.  Let the daydreams commence.

What elements constitute a legendary home library?  A few books?  A handful of bookshelves? Some unique architectural elements that most folks can only dream of?  Some home setups have all of the above, and then some.  This week’s pick is that sort; a truly immense space, stacked to the rafters full of books, a space reminiscent of a true library rather than one tucked away in a home.  One would definitely have to up one’s book acquisition game in order to fill the gang of space on those shelves!  Let the daydreams commence.

Peaceful. That word sums this space up succinctly. Soft natural sunlight flooding over the room by way of a massive floor to ceiling window, a sturdy workspace, a comfy chair pulled close to it for some close proximity relaxation, and a beautiful wall of books. Simple perfection; this is without a doubt a book lover's room. Let the daydreams commence.

I could run through quite a few hours here, lost in thought.  Clean lines, fresh, open air, lush, wooded horizon, and minimal details lead to one clean, relaxed ambiance.  It’s the perfect place to kick back, close your eyes, and find your peace…as well as the ideal place to post up, open your eyes, and appreciate the immense beauty of the world.  Oh, and the snow is awesome, too.

This week’s addition to the collection is very similar to last week’s wintry selection in one distinct way…the seclusion.  Oh, the lovely peace that this seclusion would provide.  Now if you’ve seen one too many scary movies, I could totally see why you’d be afraid to cozy up to a desolate and slightly vulnerable space like this one.  But if you’re in the mood for an immersive and adventurous injection into nature, this little mobile residence is just right.  A gorgeously tidy little minimal house on wheels to shack up in for life on the go.  Because sometimes the road is calling your name…and you’d better be ready to answer it with your crib in tow.  And this picture is also packed with snow, which is the ultimate cherry on top.

Doing great work often requires having a great space.  The right space.  Not every time, sure…but with this space, great work most certainly would be done.  Ample sunlight flooding the room, a linear, minimal aspect that reduces clutter and adds a clear, clean vibe, a monstrous workspace that is just begging to be utilized, and a healthy row of books to top it all off famously.  Calm and good mojo would wash over me in this space for sure.  This is definitely a book lover’s room.

This space is screaming my name.  Solitude? Check.  Mind blowing, forested landscape?  You’d better believe it.  Snow?  Mountains of the gorgeous stuff.  This little abode right here, with its wonderfully minimal facade, is the quintessential retreat from the hustle bustle of the workaday world.  How incredible would it be to unwind, unload, and decompress amid all of that beauty?
