How many of us ensure that we’re nourished first…so that we can adequately provide care for others? Self neglect can be amazingly detrimental for not only us, but for those around us. Think about it. Let’s make sure that we give ourselves the love that we need.
It's so important to focus our attention on what's going well and what's going right; it's all too easy to get sucked head first into the negative void that seems to lurk ever so slightly below the surface. Don't let it get to you, and more importantly, never let it consume you. Wear the vibe of positivity even you don't necessarily have it in you; focus on what's important.
